Celebrate one of Ontario’s #1 crops (and one of our favourite summer treats) at the Uxbridge Farmers’ Market’s Corn Festival - coming up on Sunday, August 16th!

August is peak harvest season - the perfect time to stock up on farm-fresh produce and enjoy the bounties of the farmers’ market. Explore all our 50+ unique farmers, makers and bakers have to offer, plus some extra special Corn Fest fun…

• Merch Sale — 9 AM - 2 PM — $5 off UFM Hats and Community Cookbooks

• Themed Vendor Specials — 9 AM - 2 PM — Bushels of farm-fresh corn, freshly-baked cornbread, sweet corn preserves, kettle corn popped onsite, and more corny fun!

• Free Corn Snack — 10 AM — Enjoy a fresh cob of corn compliments of our local Farmers, cooked up by UFM Volunteers and served with condiments from your favourite foodies! Corn generously provided by Cooper’s CSA Farm and Maple Grove Orchards

• Live Music — 10 AM - 1 PM — Featuring the musical talents of Michael Howitt

• Mini Paint Workshop — Drop-in — Young artists can paint their very own mini-masterpiece to take home at the Glitter Designs booth; while supplies last

This event is held in support of the Uxbridge Loaves & Fishes Food Bank, a 100% volunteer-run organization that works year-round to fight food insecurity in Uxbridge. Visit their booth at this year’s Corn Festival to learn more about the work they do and how you can support them.

The Uxbridge Farmers’ Market is a proud partner of the Uxbridge Loaves & Fishes Food Bank. We fundraise for them year-round by accepting cash donations on their behalf at our market’s welcome booth. Thanks to the generosity of our patrons, we donated over $1280 to the Uxbridge Food Bank in 2025.
