All interested applicants are encouraged to review the current “Vendor Rules & Regulations” and the “Vendor Code of Ethics” carefully.  It is the responsibility of each potential Vendor to have a thorough understanding of these before applying to be part of the market. Failure to comply with UFM rules or regulations may result in expulsion from the market. 

NOTE: In order to participate in any series of markets, all Food Vendors must submit a “Community Special Events and Farmers’ Markets Vendor Application Form” to the Durham Region Health Department at least 30 days prior to the date of their first outdoor market.
