LOGO DESIGN CONTEST
After 25 years, the Uxbridge Farmers’ Market sought out a fresh, new logo… and we got a beautiful re-brand!
In February 2025 we held a Logo Design Contest as part of our market’s 25th Anniversary celebrations. We received 40 unique logo designs submitted by 20+ talented designers. It was an honour to have so many skilled designers take the time to capture the spirit of the UFM in their own style. Ultimately, one designer went above and beyond to provide us with not only a stylish new logo, but a library of branded content that will help us grow for years to come.

ABOUT THE DESIGNER
Tori-Ellen is a lifelong creator with a Bachelor of Fine Arts and a passion for bold, colourful, and distinctive design.
After exploring various career paths, she took a self-taught journey into digital art, launching Digital Puma Design, where she could help small and growing businesses transform their ideas into impactful brands.
Blending creativity, research, and strategy, Tori-Ellen crafts original designs, illustrations, and visual identities tailored to each client’s unique vision. She understands that no two businesses are alike and approaches every project with a thoughtful, customized perspective.
One of her recent highlights was designing the new logo for the Uxbridge Farmers’ Market. What began as a simple logo request with minimal direction evolved into a full-scale visual identity refresh.
Through research and strategic thinking, Tori-Ellen developed a design that not only reflects the market’s values but is also original, recognizable, and versatile across various platforms. The project expanded to include a cohesive brand visual system—defining colours, typography, patterns, and real-world applications.
The result is a refreshed, distinctive visual identity that will grow alongside the Uxbridge Farmers’ Market, serving their needs for years to come.
