Are you interested in becoming a sponsor of the Uxbridge Farmers’ Market? Please read the following information carefully before submitting your application form. We thank you for your interest in supporting our market!
Sponsorship Rules and Regulations
Market Stall: On assigned date, one 10’x10’ stall space will be allotted to any Community Sponsor who wishes to participate on-site. Those who do must bring their own display materials including table, chair(s), tent and weights/supplies needed to secure tent (if using). Sponsors are NOT to conduct sales on market grounds. This is an opportunity to connect with your community while promoting your organization. You are free to distribute promotional material, offer giveaways/samples, and canvas for email lists/social media following. If giveaways/samples are planned, Sponsors are highly encouraged to source ingredients/materials from UFM Vendors.
*Attendance at the market is not a mandatory component of sponsorship, however it is encouraged and appreciated!
Promotional Materials: Cards, flyers, banners, etc. promoting Sponsor’s organization will also be displayed at the UFM Front Entrance table. It is the Sponsor’s responsibility to deliver these materials here at the start of the day on their assigned date, or preferably during a market before assigned date.
Social Media Promotion: Sponsors will be mentioned and tagged in UFM two social media posts (Instagram and Facebook) leading up to/following date of sponsorship. Sponsors are expected to post at least once to their social media promoting the Market, tagging @UxbridgeFarmersMarketCanada so it can be shared on Market account.
Fees: Sponsorship costs $250.00 per date. Fees are payable by e-transfer to UFMpayment@gmail.com or by cheque payable to Uxbridge Farmers’ Market. Contact Treasurer Lisa Cooper at steve-lisacooper@coopersfarm.ca to arrange payment by cheque.
Note: Sponsorship is not guaranteed upon submission of this form and dates are filled on a first-come first-served basis. DO NOT send payment unless you have received confirmation details from a UFM representative (Lisa or Gabi).
