We’re kicking off 2025 with a series of indoor markets every other Sunday from February 2nd until April 27th. Each of these markets will run from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. at the Uxbridge Arena Hall.

VENDOR APPLICATIONS FOR 2025 INDOOR MARKETS ARE NOW CLOSED.
Dear Applicants,
Thank you for your interest in being a Vendor at the Uxbridge Farmers’ Market’s 2025 Winter/Spring Indoor Market series. Please review the current “Vendor Rules & Regulations” and the “Vendor Code of Ethics” carefully. It is the responsibility of each potential Vendor to have a thorough understanding of these before applying to be part of the market. Failure to comply with any UFM rules or regulations may result in expulsion from the market.
Stall fees are as follows:
Single stall (6' wide by 8' deep): $30/date
Premium stall (8' wide by 8' deep): $40/date
Double stall (12' wide by 8' deep): $60/date
Hydro access is available at no additional cost. Hydro access is extremely limited and will be allotted on a first-come-first-served basis. Those using hydro must bring a long and reliable extension cord.
If you are a new applicant to the Uxbridge Farmers’ Market: to supplement your application, please send three or more photos of your growing/creative/manufacturing process to uxbridgeFM.manager@gmail.com with your business name in the subject line. These photos are not for marketing purposes, but to get a glimpse “behind the scenes” and verify that your product is truly your own. Food Vendors who are new applicants: please also send one of the following in addition to your process photos:
If you prepare your food in your own licensed kitchen → a copy of your most recent certification/ proof of passed inspection
If you prepare your food elsewhere → a copy of a recent receipt for your commercial kitchen rental
If you have previously sent any of these to us in 2024, you do not need to complete this step again.
All applications must be submitted by Monday, December 16th, 2024. Priority is given to existing UFM Vendors, with second priority going to those who have participated in previous winter/holiday markets. Pop-up vendors will be accepted first-come-first-served, if space permits. You will be contacted by December 28th, 2024 with the result of your application.
Acceptance emails will include exact amounts owed for stall fees. All fees must be paid in advance with no exceptions. Vendors may pay by e-transfer to UFMpayment@gmail.com or by cheque. To pay by cheque, please contact Treasurer Lisa Cooper at lisacooper162@gmail.com. Do NOT send payment until/unless you have received confirmation details. Once confirmed, full payment of stall fees reserves your spot as a Vendor. Vendors who fail to show up for any market will not be refunded their stall fees.
