With over a decade of experience in creating exquisite pastries and desserts, she has a distinct talent of refining classic French pastry into contemporary delights. Her creations are made with the freshest seasonal ingredients such as fruit and aromatic herbs to produce a lightness, softness and simplicity into her creations – using less sugar, while garnering a more intense taste.
