Become a Vendor

Part-time applications for 2024 regular season markets (May-October) are available below. Full-time spots are booked for the 2024 season. We will continue to consider part-time applications until our season is fully booked, with priority given to Farmers.

Applications for this year’s Holiday Market Series (November-December) will be available below mid-August.

Dear Applicants: Please read all of the following information and review both the “Vendor Rules & Regulations” and “Vendor Code of Ethics” before submitting an application. It is the responsibility of each potential Vendor to have a thorough understanding of these before applying to be part of the market. Vendors must be in compliance with all rules and regulations throughout the market season and all market activities.

All applicants will choose one option:

  • Part-time, half season (13 weeks) → $275/single spot (10’x10’) *must provide dates

  • Part-time (3 weeks)$90/single spot (10’x10’) *must provide dates

  • Part-time (6 weeks) → $180/single spot (10’x10’) *must provide dates

Acceptance emails will include exact amounts owed for stall (and hydro) fees. All fees must be paid in advance with no exceptions. Vendors may pay by e-transfer to UFMpayment@gmail.com or by cheque. To pay by cheque, please contact Lisa Cooper at lisacooper162@gmail.com. Do NOT send payment until/unless you have received confirmation details.

VENDOR APPLICATION FORM

UXBRIDGE FARMERS’ MARKET 2024 REGULAR SEASON

9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. every Sunday May-October (May 5-Oct. 27)

Once you have submitted your application, please send the following to gabichristie18@gmail.com with your business name in the Subject line:

  • At least 3 photos of key steps in your production process

In addition, all Food Vendors must provide

  • A completed Durham Region Health Department Food Vendor Application Form

  • One of the following: 

    a) If you prepare your food in your own licensed kitchen → a copy of your license

    b) If you prepare your food elsewhere → a copy of a receipt for your commercial kitchen rental

Only Vendor applications which include all necessary components will be considered.

Community Booth

WE ARE ACCEPTING COMMUNITY BOOTH APPLICATIONS!

The Board of Directors has allocated space at the market for a weekly Community Booth, where the vendor fee is waived for local organizations to feature their work/cause. Please read the Memorandum of Understanding and submit an application as soon as possible in order to secure your preferred date.

Young Entrepreneur Booth

WE ARE ACCEPTING YOUNG ENTREPRENEUR BOOTH APPLICATIONS!

The Board of Directors has allocated space at the market for a weekly Young Entrepreneur Booth, where the vendor fee is waived for local young businesses to feature their work. Criteria for the business:

  • Must have a postal code within a 25km radius of the market

  • Owner must be under the age of 30

  • Must be in your first year of business 

Please read the Memorandum of Understanding and submit an application as soon as possible in order to secure your preferred date.
