Belly of the Beast

Based in Peterborough and founded in 2016, Belly of the Beast has crafted kombucha unlike any other. Fiercely and unapologetically DIY, Belly of the Beast is positioning our tangy fermented tea as an alternative to craft beer for the straight edge set. Our commitment to sourcing local and foraged ingredients as much as possible (and fair trade and organic whenever it isn’t) has fuelled the creativity for each new brew, pushing this sparkling beverage into bold and intensely flavourful territories that will change what you think when you hear the word “kombucha”.

We look forward to attending the following Sunday markets: June 17th; July 1st, 22nd, and 29th; August 5th and 26th; September 2nd, 16th and 30th; and October 7th, 14th, and 21st.
